A shadowy organisation of unknown origins, the so called New Order is an organisation with one clear distinct goal, the complete and total overthrowing of the governments of the world and the creation of a single authority under it.
However it must be made very clear that it is uncertain whether the NEW ORDER is a real organisation or just something confined to the pages of conspiracy theorists. Some intelligence agencies believe it is only a minor threat to the world as something of such a scale would be impossible to create without the different national and international intelligence and counter terrorist agencies discovering its existence.
Intelligence into the origins and foundation of the New Order are solely speculative, some suggest that the organisation may be a break away of other secret societies like the Freemasons and the supposed Illuminati that is considered to exist by conspiracy theorists.

Certain pieces of intelligence suggest that the New Order operates from several main bases with one serving as the primary Headquarters with the various facilities and bases operating across the world. Such regional bases are usually well disguised or well hidden. These local bases are believed to oversee various sleeper cells that the Order operates in cities across the world, the exact number of cells varies, some analysts believe that there could be hundreds maybe even thousands of cells across the planet, others are of the opinion that the number of cells is immeasurable due to the extensive nature of the New Order.
According to certain intelligence reports, the New Order has connections to various criminal enterprises across the world from Italian Mafia in the United States to Triads and Yakuza in Asia. However as previously stated, the truth is hard to determine due to the inherent secrecy of the New Order and the fact that many do not believe such an organisation exists and if it does, then surely such an organisation couldn't be so wide spread and powerful. ]

The New Order is an organisation founded on the ideology of a single person, whose leadership is unquestioned, the belief that Humanity is foolish and weak willed and as such requires a firm hand to rule it.
Now finally after years of secrecy, the New Order is finally ready to show its hand and begin its work to bring the world to its knees.
To achieve this goal a strict structure was established to ensure that the New World Order may be brought into fruition under the Leadership of the Orders Head. Though there are clear distinct positions that are situated beneath the Head, whose purpose is to serve as the heads of specific sub commands.
There is deception, which is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of the New Order, either by actively providing for creating fake news and false narratives to ensure that Intelligence and Law Enforcement Agencies do not acquire actionable information on the New Order. Deception is also responsible for maintaining the front covers for New Order bases, specifically the vacation resorts that are used to disguise the locations of New Order bases across the world.
Security, whose duty is to serve both defensive and offensive actions, defensively they are responsible for the security of the New Orders bases and facilities, ensuring that no one gets in or out. It is also the duty of the Security forces to serve as the elite forces despatched to serve the New Order in special missions.
Intelligence, the command that is responsible for maintaining and managing the vast network of spies, agents and operatives that are loyal to the New Order. Providing constant updates on the inner workings of nations and agencies as well as providing information needed for the New Orders operations across the world.
Science, the sub section that is responsible for the technologies and scientific advancement of the New Order, ensuring that it remains ahead of everyone else when it comes to technology. So that when the time comes, the world will not be able to resist the emergence of the New World Order. ]
The "Commander":

A complete and utter mystery in intelligence circles, the so called Leader of the New Order known in some circles as the "Commander" is a total mystery as there is little to no information as to who they are and without that, there is nothing to work on to achieve an understanding on how to combat them.
It appears that the "Commander" of the New Order, uses a variety of encrypted methods of communication to maintain secrecy as well as a unique mask to disguise their identity, said mask also distorts the voice when spoken making it so that even when they do speak, the voice is disguised.
Since there is no information as to who the "Commander" is, Intelligence circles have had to work on producing a rough estimation of personal information and background. Based on body build and the more masculine frame, it is presumed that the "Commander" of the New Order is a man which is reinforced with the more masculine manner in which they speak.
It is unclear from which nation they are from, they use a variety of different mannerism and phrases and speak a number of languages, however based on the flued speaking and vocal patterns when the "Commander" speaks English. It is considered highly likely that the "Head" of the New Order is from a country where English is a prime language, this multi lingual training also gives the distinct possibility that the "Commander" comes from money and likely attended a high level of education during their upbringing.
The few times that they have made a physical appearance, which according to sources have been within highly secured locations where they take the "Throne" of an important meeting and even then they maintain their anonymity even from their closest allies.
Based on intelligence reports, the "Commander" does not appear to have a moral compass, with some suggesting that in the mind of the "Commander", the ends justify the means. They have been known to execute their "Minions" should they fail in a critical task, they've directly ordered the enactment of various crimes and acts of terrorism across the world.
A psychologist believes that for the "Commander", the Ends justify the means and that by inciting anarchy across the world, they will have the chance to achieve the absolute power they desire.
The location of the "Commander" of the New Order is an utter unknown, there is no intelligence into any possible locations where they might be found, this is made all the more worse by the fact that the method in which they lead such a global spanning terrorist/criminal organisation is also unknown makes the "Commander" of the New Order a very dangerous figure. ]

[From what is understood, the so called seconds are those who serve directly under the Commander, in criminal terms, they can be regarded as the "Underbosses" of the New Order. It is believed based on "Code references" that they are each responsible for a certain aspect of the New Order, finance, military etc.
Its thought this method of division among them is to ensure that none can obtain enough power to challenge the Commander and take his place.]

Presumably the second in direct charge of the New Order, the one known as the Spokesmen is believed to be the figure head of the organisation and the only one to possess a direct means of communicating with the "Commander".
It appears that the Spokesmen is the one that maintains the connection between the New Orders leader the so called "Commander" and the rest of the organisation, apparently this was something that the Leader wanted this as a means of ensuring that their identity remains secret. But it is not just the "Commander" who uses anonymity to their advantage, it appears that the spokesmen themselves also uses secrecy to ensure their own identity remains hidden.
According to intelligence the Spokesmen only really interacts with the New Order through encrypted communications and the use of advanced holograms that obscure their face. What is known from intercepted communications is that the Spokesmen is definitely a man and based on linguistic analysis it has been presumed that the Spokesmen is British or spent considerable amount of time in the British isles likely during their early years of life, possibly in a high level of education.

The Spokesmen is the only person permitted to speak directly to the Commander, primarily to receive instructions as well as to pass along reports on the operations of the New Order, any and all communications go through them.
Unless the Commander of the New Order demands it . The position of Spokesmen is interchangeable and can be changed depending on the desires of the Commander.
Should the Spokesmen be deemed unfit to serve any more, or if they fail in their duties, then they can be "Removed from their position" and replaced by a new individual who shall take on the title of the Spokesmen, they must surrender their original identity and be referred to only as the Spokesmen.
Besides serving as the intermediary between the Commander of the New Order and the rest of the Organisation, it is also the duty of the Spokesmen to oversee the day to day operations and duties of the New Order across the world, only when required shall they request the guidance of the Commander. ]

An International billionaire with hands in various industries and businesses across the planet, Von Klein was raised in rural Austria by foster parents, Maximilian did not have the happiest of childhoods. Already the bully’s favourite because of his stockiness and squint; the young Maximilan became even more isolated from his peers when he developed chronic stress-related alopecia (hair loss) after a weekend-long ritual beating from his foster father, incurred for the crime of looking at him askew.At a young age he was put through various foster homes until finally going to university, in the aftermath of ww2, Von Klein took advantage of the rebuilding projects occurring across Europe. He got involved and profited greatly from the rebuilding of Europe as well as several other industries, eventually he became a full fledged businessmen by founding his own Multi National Corporation, Von Klein Industries.
According to some sources, Von Klein established and expanded the corporation through the use of less than legal methods of achieving the financing required to create such a large scale company. Von Klein Industries rapidly grew into a global spanning company with its hands in a number of industries, the exact number is uncertain as Von Klein has invested and gotten involved in a number of companies and other corporations for decades.
In 1980 Von Klein established his corporate Headquarters in Switzerland where all of his companies operations and business are overseen. According to some rumours, Von Klein has been involved in dubious acts of terrorism for the sake of Economic power, there is speculation that he had involvement with an act of terrorism that created a rapid change in stock prices which his company profited from.
To date he is regarded as the richest man in the world, with his company bringing in close to 100 billion dollars annually or at least that is what the records state.
It is unclear when, how or why Von Klein joined the New Order, despite the fact that there is no evidence of him even being a member of the organisation. What is presumed is that Von Klein uses his corporation and the connections he has to provide finance to the New Order, presumably both through the legitimate businesses that he controls as well as criminal enterprises that he is suspected to have involvement in.
Ever since the growing conspiracy theory of the New Order, Maximillian Von Klein has not been seen at any public appearance that is without significant private security present. When he is not at any required appearances, he remains in a secure residence in Switzerland or at a world renowned vacation resort in the Caribbean.
However since he moves in almost complete secrecy and through usage of his own private airplane which lands at a privately owned airport and then travels around in a custom made armoured limousine which is escorted by private security. This makes properly determining his precise location to be very difficult, however various agencies are maintaining close eyes on his business dealing.
New Order Files:
[ Maximilian Von Klein is the primary financier and provider of economical material for the New Order, through his particular proclivity for amassing wealth both in legal and illegal markets, he provides the necessary funds required to maintain the New Order and ensure that the finances are put into the right places.
Maximilian Von Klein sits within the inner circle of the New Order and follows the orders of the Commander fervently, as it is only through the graces of the Commander than he has managed to maintain his own wealth.
Von Klein provides advise in regards on how to best manipulate certain elements of the world economy to ensure that the ultimate goal of the New Order comes into fruition in the long run and provides the New Order a secure and steady income. ]
The Spy:

Officially she serves as the CEO of a Private Security Consultants that provides services to various industries and individuals in ensuring their safety. However according to some sources, she is the head of a vast network of spies and agents that serve no nation but instead gathering information and using for various purposes. These can include, blackmail, corporate espionage, extortion and "horse trading".
Its unknown when it is that she became a member of the New Order, whether she has been one all along or joined and became a leading figure following her removal from legitimate Intelligence circles. All that can be regarded as certain is that some sources state, her network is so interwoven across the world that there is not a single level of society in any part of the world that she does not have eyes or ears.
Supposedly her network has been behind several espionage cases in the past years, from the scandal of an oil businessmen shorting corporate stocks, a politician being forced to step down due to suspicions of bribery and others.
And as any spy knows, sometimes a trigger needs to be pulled, poison slipped, explosives placed and so on. This is something that Emma was never concerned with performing when she served a nation, it is considered that this lack of morality remains in place even now, if Emma believes that the only way to get results means that a bullet or bullets must be fired, a bomb set etc, then she will not pause or second guess herself. ]
New Order File:
[Formerly a powerful figure in the world of Intelligence, Miss Emma was forced from her position of authority due to politics, something that she utterly hates getting in the way of her doing her job. She is a member of the Commanders inner circle of advisors and subordinates and serves with utter loyalty.
Miss Emma is the person in charge of Intelligence for the New Order, her duty to maintain the vast network of spies, agents and operatives that the New Order has across the globe, these include Spies, Saboteurs, Assassins and more.
Her duty is to ensure that the New Order is able to learn whatever it must to complete its mission of achieving absolute domination over the planet. If there is information to be found, an individual to eliminate, a machine to break or plans to be stolen.
It is her responsibility to ensure that it gets done.]
The General:

He served in the Soviet Red Army for a time where he became known for his brutality and his extremes when it came to discipline and ensuring the absolute loyalty of the troops under his command.
However his extremes apparently grew too much for the Red Army and even the KGB, according to some sources, Red Ivan attempted to overthrow the Soviet Government but ultimately failed. After this, Red Ivan and a collection of other Red Army soldiers, sailors and airmen practically vanished off the face of the earth, rumours state that they formed a private mercenary group, fighting for the highest bidder.
Recently intelligence however points to various acts of violence including terrorism across the world to be connected to Red Ivan and his mercenaries. These include the foiling of a coup in the Congo, the destruction of a prototype airliner that caused a rapid change in airline stocks, the attempted bombing of the United Nations building, a major fire in Moscow and more.
Some intelligence analysts believe that these events are not just the occurrence of mercenaries working freely but rather at the behest of someone specific.
His current whereabouts are as of this moment unknown, the last confirmed sighting of Red Ivan was when he left Russia following his "Expulsion from the Soviet Military", after that there have only been rumours and hearsay as to his location.]

[The individual responsible for the military force of the New Order, the Red Ivan was forced from Russia following an attempt to remove the Soviet Government from power.
He now serves to ensure that the New Order has soldiers ready at a moments notice and ensure their continued loyalty to the New Order and if it comes to it, give them a reminder. He is also responsible for ensuring that the Military technologies of the New Order are able to overpower the nations of the world.
As a member of the Commanders inner circle of Advisors and subordinates, Red Ivan is ready to follow the Commanders orders without any hesitation, whether it be sending troops to their deaths or delivering a message to those unwilling to listen.]
The Intellect:

Nationality: Unknown - Presumed of African Descent
Location: Unknown
It is unclear where Zalika was born as she speaks a number of languages, including English, French and Afrikaans, which raises the possibility that she was born and raised in South Africa however as stated is this uncertain.
What is known comes from educational and vocational records, it appears that Zalika attended some of the most prestigious and advanced universities across the world, from Oxford in Britain to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, all of which she excelled in her studies. However it appears in certain sources that she overstepped when it came to her intellect, apparently challenging the lessons being given and opposing the status quo, which resulted in her expulsion from said universities.
She then worked for several research and technological institutes for a number of years, where she published several journals and essays. Some of which apparently challenged the thinking of some of the best minds in different scientific fields.
However Zalika was quick to become known for her desires to perform research without limits, without restrictions or rules. When she was caught conducting unsanctioned research, she was forced to give up a number of her papers and eventually was denied any and all access to research materials, facilities and funding.
The Last that was heard of Zalika was that she had gained a leading position in a research station in the Antarctic with the support of a tech and science company. However there are some sources indicating that she is in fact working on behalf of a shadowy organisation known as the New Order. This came into effect when she was spotted "Enjoying" a vacation at a Caribbean resort alongside a number of other suspected individuals. ]
New Order File:
[A member of the Commanders inner circle of advisors and subordinates, Miss Zalika is critical to the New Order as she is in charge of the New Orders technology and advanced research. As the head of the New Orders research and development, it is her duty to ensure that the technology, weapons etc, remains ahead of all other nations.
Due to the immense resources and finance that the New Order has under its control, this has allowed Miss Zalika to create technologies which have been used to control access to our facilities and bases across the world.
Since her work is considered highly controlled and secret, she conducts her work with research and development personnel from a New Order base within the Antarctic.
One that on the surface appears to be the usual research station, but beneath is much greater, thanks to the generosity of the Commander.]
The Hotelier:

The owner of dozens of hotels, vacation resorts and other holiday locations, the international business began with her father who started small seaside hotels and vacation homes around Britain and other parts of what was the British Empire.
Alexis Mayfield however took it to a new level, when she took control following her fathers death, she turned it into a true international business. Using the families wealth to establish new vacation resorts in prime locations as well as hotels in major cities across the world.
At the moment there are dozens of hotels and resorts she owns or has stakes in across the world the majority are catered to the rich and wealthy of the world. Some of her most renowned resorts are on privately owned islands which became some of the most extravagant. These are for instance, the South Sea Island Resort which is the most world famous for its facilities, which include a casino, pools, a five star restaurant, a full spa and a range of other luxuries that make it the prime vacation choice for those who can afford it.
Aleix Mayfield is not afraid to enjoy these luxuries herself with some properties around the world owned privately by her, these include the entire island that South Sea Island Resort is situated, with an entire section of the island closed off for her own private "Estate".
There are some concerns however, as many questionable figures have been seen visiting her exclusive "Estate" and vacation resort, these include suspected members of the supposed "New Order". However any evidence of her involvement with the alleged group is speculative only.
New Order Files:
[ The face of the New Order, Miss Mayfield is the one responsible for maintaining the public image, it is her responsibility that the front facilities, specifically the Vacation resorts that are used to disguise the New Order bases in different parts of the world.
As a member of the Commanders Inner Circle of subordinates and advisors, Deception is her focus, everything from the extravagance of her life style to the luxury of the hotels and resorts she officially owns. All of it meant to keep up the appearance, if everyone believes that she is a stuck up rich woman, then that is all that she will appear to be in their eyes.
In order to keep these appearances proper, she often remains in her "Private Estate" on the South Sea Island Resort. Which serves as a front to the true headquarters for the New Order.]
Henchmen:

[ Based on the limited information of the New Order and even that is mostly all speculative, its though that those that can be regarded as Henchmen are the prime operatives of the New Order, if there is a mission that requires absolute success, then the Commander will have one of the "Henchmen" fulfil it, or perhaps serve as bodyguards for specific individuals of importance.
Any an all evidence on these individuals being connected to the alleged organisation is speculative at best. The primary belief is that these individuals are either mercenaries or hit-men loyal only to the highest bidder.
This bodyguarding and security hiring has been noted as they have often been seen escorting and protecting rich and infamous individuals at a world renowned vacational resort.]

First real notice of her comes when she was 20 when she won first place in a sushi competition which started her career as a restaurateur. At 21 she opened her own sushi restaurant which soon became well known in Japan, eventually she was given an offer to move her restaurant into a more prestigious and well off neighbourhood in Tokyo. From there her infamy for her skill with a blade and her expertise in producing exquisite foods only grew.
Eventually she was given a fresh offer to move her restaurant once again, this time at a vacation resort for the rich, famous and infamous. She accepted and within days her restaurant was open and operational as an extension of the Horizon Vacation Resort in the Caribbean Sea.
She is known to be an expert on natural poisons, especially those that are found in sea life, such as pufferfish, reasons are said to be to ensure that when serving fish and other sea life that possess some form of venom or poisons, she can ensure that it is safely removed.
However there are rumours in certain circles, that said poisons have been used in murders for hire across parts of Asia, however there is nothing linking them to Miss Furukawa.]
New Order File:
[ An experience and veteran poisoner to the highest bidder, Miss Furukawa was not as pleasant as some would have her believe. Rather than coming from a traditional family, she was born and raised into a family that served as members of a Yakuza Clan.
She learned from a young age the different ways of killing, but she liked the natural poisons and venoms of the worlds wildlife, with the same skills she opened her own sushi place as a front for the Yakuza Clan as well as a place for her to hone her skill.
Later she became a skilled assassin for hire as well as a "Respected" restauranteur from which she worked her side business.
As a subordinate of the New Order, her duties are rather simple, she works to ensure that anyone who needs to be removed from the game is done so, but calmly and quietly with no physical marks or evidence.]
Espectro:

Intelligence circles are of the opinion that Espectro is of Spanish or Portuguese descent based on his choice of name, meaning Spectrum. The reason for this name is as of yet unknown. He is noted for his physical strength alongside his rather brutality when it comes to hand to hand combat, though he is efficient in various weapons.
His exact goal is a mystery, the primary belief of intelligence circles is that is sole mission is to work for money and nothing more. It is clear that he has little care for who he works for, where or for what reason he is being paid, just as long as he gets paid.
Most recent activity possibly links him to several leaders of the criminal underworld fighting amongst one another. In recent years he has been seen expanding his employment, no longer just performing mercenary work for the highest bidder but also working as a bodyguard to rich clients. His current location at this time however is unknown.]

[ A reliable mercenary and hardened former soldier of fortune, Espectro serves the New Order as a fierce frontline leader of soldiers, when required he leads units of New Order Commandos on missions of importance against key targets.
As he is known as a mercenary for hire, this helps to conceal the true intentions of the mission.
When not serving such missions, Espectro provides personal security for individuals of importance on behalf of the Commander.
Espectro is responsible for the successful attacks on criminal groups across the world, forcing them to enter into the Service of the New Order.]
Pyro:

Nationality: Unknown
A known mercenary and infamous pyromaniac, the individual known as Pyro is an other unknown of the criminal and espionage underworld. There is little to no information of his past, nothing to detail where he is from or even his true name.
The only thing that is definitive in terms of information on the man himself, is that he is very much a pyromaniac. He is known to use a variety of weapons, notably weapons that involve some form of fire, he is known to use a custom made flame thrower which from what has been gathered from evidence left behind, uses a unique mixture that makes the flames extremely hot and concentrated.
Pyro has been credited for a number of acts of arson across the world, all incidents are believed to have been acts for profit, be it as insurance fraud or as an act of corporate or political sabotage.
To date, his current location is unknown.]

[ Pyro is a top agent of the New Order, his service in incineration has been of great help in ensuring that matters turn in the favour of the New Order.
As a top agent for the New Order, Pyro conducts acts that include arson and incineration be it people, buildings or whatever. The purpose is usually always the same, destroying something or someone to ensure that things go in favour of the New Order or the goals of the Commander.
And Pyro always likes to set things alight or up in flashes of fire and smoke.]
Atomic Olga:

Later she was reassigned to the Secret Police, the KGB, later she was moved over to the C.D.F of HAMMER, where she received extensive training. Her duties were no longer about investigating but rather removing, according to sources and certain rumours, she served in a special commando group that was tasked with hunting down enemies of the Communist way of life.
At some point apparently she became disillusioned with HAMMER and the Soviet Union, instead she went rogue and started working as a mercenary for the highest bidder. At least that is what the official records state, now nicknamed Atomic Olga, she began conducting all manner of actions in different parts of the world, from aiding the removal of anti-communist elements in Cuba and parts of Africa.
Intelligence Circles of SABRE and PATRIOT are of the opinion that Atomic Olga is not a rogue operative as declared by HAMMER but is instead conducting these actions on their order whilst giving plausible deniability.]

[A key commando of the New Order and a key figure in inciting distrust and discord in the world.
Atomic Olga has been a valuable subordinate for the New Order, she has been a elite agent for many years, with her primary duties being using her known connection to HAMMER to incite distrust between geopolitical alliances specifically PATRIOT and HAMMER.
She is tasked with leading missions that are specifically in support of Communist ideology as well as leaving some evidence behind that points to her involvement. In effect she makes it so that the blame can be placed on HAMMER.
When not conducting missions of such importance that require her presence, she is likely enjoying the facilities of the New Order base or serving as a bodyguard of individuals of importance.]

Jubei is well known among the triads of China and the Yakuza criminal groups of Japan where he works to eliminate rivals as and when paid to do so. Though there have been possible sightings of him in other parts of the world, again working as a paid hitman/assassin. Though there have been occasions where he apparently has been hired to protect individuals of importance though this is very rare.
According to underworld sources, Jubei has his own style of martial arts that has managed to overpower every other known form to date, leading to some wanting to learn from him and gain experience in his "style". At the time of this report, he currently has a small following of students which train somewhere in the world, though the exact location of this "Dojo" or "Temple" as it is referred to is unknown.

At the moment Armand Krishnan is the boss of the most powerful organised crime group in the Indian sub continent, with control of various rackets from construction to opium across India, Bangladesh, Pakistan and into the Himalayas.
Up until recently he had apparently been working to expand his network into other parts of the world, however this was suddenly altered after Krishnan apparently vanished for several days. When he came back, he focused on securing his position in the Indian Subcontinent and preferring to work with other criminal networks in different parts of the world.

Up until recently Bob Caine, also known as Barking Caine was the top crime boss in western Europe having risen from the leader of a small time gang in London's' East End.
His business interest ranged from bootlegging, smuggling, protection rackets and prostitution though these are the only criminal rackets that are known to be connected to him, there is the chance that there are others.
Barking Caine apparently went underground for some apparent reason, the exact purpose is unknown there is the suspicion that his organisation was under attack by some unknown rival, as a number of locations connected to it had been attacked.
Later Barking Caine came back into the open, its assumed by law enforcement intelligence that he came out again in order to re-establish control of his Criminal empire. Later though he was killed in a fire in one his "Safehouses" in London, an autopsy confirmed that he died as a result of the flames and not smoke inhalation.
Though there are suspicions surrounding his death, 1st soon after his death, another individual, someone called Colonel Blackheart took over his business interest both legitimate and illicit. The second is that certain evidence uncovered from the autopsy suggests that the fire that killed Bob "Barking" Caine was significantly more powerful and concentrated that a normal gas or electrical fire as is assumed from fire investigators.]

[ Bob "Barking" Caine was among the few criminal leaders who attempted to resist submitting to the New Order.
He had for many years practically running the criminal underworld of the United Kingdom as well as into other parts of Western Europe with criminal rackets and rings under his control or having to pay up to him. That was until the Commander demanded that the criminal underworld pledge their allegiance.
At first Barking Caine though to keep his head down and try and let the troubles pass him by, but when he realised this wouldn't work, he began to actively resist the New Order, even sending hit-men to take advantage of his former rivals being either killed or distracted.
Eventually however, he was brought to the New Orders stronghold for a meeting with the Commander and the other crime bosses. When it became clear that he would not submit himself to the New Order nor pledge his loyalty to the Commander.
He became the ideal candidate for proving the resolve of the Commander and the New Order, he was killed to prove a point that everyone was replaceable and that none of the crime bosses present were bosses anymore but subordinates of the New Order.
His body was taken back to London and placed in his Private residence after which a fire was started with evidence showing that it had been some form of gas or electrical fire and that he had died as a result of the flames.
Barking Caine's business interest were taken over by a loyal servant of the Commander, an individual known as Colonel Blackheart who shall take Barking Caine's place and continue to serve the New Order.]

Considered by many to be the number one power in the Far East underworld, the individual known as Lei Ying Lo is somewhat of a mystery, apparently according to all sources, Lei Ying Lo is a man who rose from obscurity in the Hong Kong criminal gangs before rising to becoming the head of a major Triad family.
From there, he led his Triad into becoming the largest criminal organisation in China and then later into other parts of Asia, specifically South East Asia, Japan and Korea. Sources say that the biggest crime rings that Lei Ying Lo holds under his control range from standard racketeering, protection rings, the manufacturing and distribution of narcotics, prostitution and loan sharking.
It must be noted however that any records of Lei Ying Lo in Hong Kong are impossible to verify, plus there are rumours that Lei Ying Lo being a man are actually a choreographed illusion for someone to lead the Triad from the shadows, with the Man known as Lei Ying Lo serving as a front-man.
Lei Ying Lo commands the largest Triad and receives kickbacks from those that are not part his own organisation, those that have resisted his efforts to bring them all under his umbrella like drug gangs and other similar groups in South East Asia, all of which were practically wiped out by the Triad.
In recent years the Triad under Lei Ying Lo has seen expansion into other parts of the world, with notably locations being the West Coast of the United States. Its assumed the Triad was attempting to expand its influence into other criminal markets.

The Continuation of the Warsaw Pact, the HAMMER Alliance was formed to create a strong military alliance between various nations in different parts of the world.

HAMMER is the primary political adversary of PATRIOT and the two are currently engaged in a clandestine battle of espionage and proxy wars. The HAMMER Alliance is headquartered within the Soviet Union which is its primary founder and main supplier of weapons and materials.

The focus of SABRE was the creation of an intelligence and military system that would work to protect the member nations from all manner of threats. Initially since many of these nations experience internal troubles, SABRE worked to support the member nations to become relatively stable, which included the elimination of extremist elements and radical militant groups.
Later SABRE created its own intelligence agency and elite Military force due in part to the growth of other military alliances across the world, as well as the fear of outside interference in the sovereignty of its member nations.]

[ Following the failure that was NATO, the British alongside a number of their former imperial territories decided that they needed an alliance of their own for mutual defence.
SABRE is made up of various nations that were once of the British Empire, now independent they came together to form a solid alliance against any hostility.
Though the real decision maker is primarily the larger more developed nations, such as the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
The alliance has its own Intelligence Service and special forces command, which combines the different intelligence apparatus and commando units that the member nations have.
Unlike PATRIOT, SABRE seems to be focused on defensive matters, only sending agents and soldiers on foreign missions when absolutely necessary, preferring instead to "Secure the Homefront".
Such can be very helpful in keeping their attentions elsewhere.]
S.D.S - Special Defence Service:

Originally the S.D.S was meant to serve as an security force, keeping the member nations safe from internal dangers and threats, notably criminal elements and terrorist and extremist groups.
Later the Special Defence Service was expanded to include missions beyond the borders of member nations, originally again to contain threats such as criminal elements and terrorist groups. But then the force began conducting missions on behalf of SABRE in opposition of other global powers and alliances.
The service is known for its careful and rigorous selection process which is methodical in ensuring that only the best are able to where the distinct badge of the S.D.S.]

[The S.D.S are the foot soldiers of SABRE, comprising of soldiers from the different member nations specifically their most elite special forces units.
Though the unit is very much focused on internal matters, it does not stop them from conducting missions against the enemies of SABRE outside member nation borders. Originally these SABRE enforcers were focused on protecting member nations from internal threats, ensuring that the governments established by the British following their withdrawal remained secure.
However they are now taking more of an offensive role, leading carefully planned attacks against threats in other nations often as part of clandestine operations.
The S.D.S takes pride in its selection process and rigorous training regimen, making them very capable soldiers.

Later however as the global political situation began to shift with the reorganisation of alliances such as NATO and the Warsaw Pact. China decided to propose the alteration of the mutual partnership between nations in the region into a full formal military alliance and mutual defence agreement.
Several nations agreed and joined the ANVIL alliance, mostly nations of South East Asia that had been supported by China in the aftermath of several conflicts in the region such as the Reunification of Vietnam under Communism.
Now the ANVIL Alliance is a solid multinational coalition of many nations in the far east and south east Asia. Though China is the main power, providing most of the alliances military strength and industrial capabilities.
In the past, ANVIL and HAMMER had good relations and concerns were that the two alliances might forge a new far larger coalition. However in recent years, there has been some tensions between the two, China and the Soviet Union appear to be moving away from each other as China and other ANVIL nations have started to use a different variation of Communism.]

[ A powerful geopolitical alliance, ANVIL was created by China to strengthen its control in Asia and aid in the spread of communism in different parts of the world.
The official statement of ANVIL being about helping developing nations is utter nonsense, it was nothing more than China providing the financing and materials to newly created communist states in Asia for the rebuilding of infrastructure in exchange for their allegiance.
China is the main provider of weapons and soldiers for the Alliance as well as the only one to possess Nuclear weapons capable of challenging the other major Geo-Political Alliances.
Its power over the other nations is a viable tool for manipulation.]
S.D.C - Strategic Defence Corps:

The S.D.C was created initially to defend the member nations of ANVIL from threats both foreign and domestic, however in more recent years, S.D.C has possibly linked to clandestine and covert operations in other parts of the world, such as supporting Islamic fighters in Afghanistan against the Soviets but also supporting guerrilla movements in south America that are pro-Communist.
Tactically, S.D.C is mostly comprised of elite soldiers from the Chinese military, but also includes soldiers from other member nations such as the North Korean S.O.F. They are known for their strict discipline and fierce training which is kept up continuously, whenever S.D.C units are not on mission, it is rumoured they are instead training.
According to some sources, S.D.C is also pushing the limits of technology, seeking to advance different pieces of modern technology so that they can get the edge when it comes to their opponents.]

[ Do not let the official line fool you, the S.D.C is nothing more than an extension of the Chinese military, 90% of S.D.Cs military power comes in the form of the Peoples Liberation Army of China. Almost all of the equipment that it uses is manufactured in China and all of it serves to extend Chinese influence in the Far East as well as into other parts of the world.
S.D.C conducts covert and often illegal missions into other parts of the world to strengthen the ANVIL alliances position on the world stage and grant China greater influence on the global stage.
S.D.C is known to conduct missions into sovereign countries with the full backing of ANVIL to destabilise governments in order to either directly take control or install pro-Chinese leaders which would then join ANVIL.
S.M.A.S.H:

A collection of nations that came together during the reorganisation of NATO into PATRIOT and SABRE as well as the strengthening of the Warsaw pact into HAMMER. SMASH is solely a geo-political alliance that seeks only one thing, to ensure that its member nations are protected from the interference of other alliances and ensure that the neutrality of its members is upheld by the other alliances.
They do this by linking its members through trade links, economic support, defensive military alliances and political support be it through diplomacy or trade embargos.
Many of the member nations in SMASH are states that have suffered from political instability due to the arms race between the different geo-political alliances across the world, whether this is active involvement of foreign nations interfering with their affairs or through clandestine actions such as the providing of arms and munitions to anti government groups.
As one spokesmen has declared "We in the Alliance do not wish to see our nations torn apart by the question of Capitalism or Communism, we just want to uphold our nations right to sovereignty which is promised but often forgotten by the super powers of the earth when it suits them".

[ Practically a group nations that have had enough of being pushed and pulled by the so called super powers of the planet, SMASH is comprised mostly of nations who for decades have been forced to experience changes of government, political instability or even civil wars due to the interference of foreign powers who seek to ensure their dominance.
Often these outside interferences are not in the name of Capitalism or Communism, freedom from oppression or whatever rhetoric the victors spew out, no it is all the name of resources, be it mineral wealth of a nation, land for growing cash crops, ranches for cheap meat or simply Oil from the waters and ground.
SMASH is deemed a weak adversary for the New Order as they do not actively involve themselves in foreign affairs and prefer to focus on internal matters such as protecting themselves and their fellow member states from outside threats.
They will however be very easy to turn on other alliances due to the distrust that SMASH has against them as well as the extremes that certain elements of its security and intelligence services take to root out "Corruption"]
S.O.D.F - Special Operations Defence Force:

[Due to most members of SMASH being Spanish or Portuguese speaking nations, it was rather simple for the different national military and security forces to come together.
The S.O.D.F serve the singular role of protecting the member nations of SMASH from outside threats, from international terrorism, criminal organisations and above all foreign interference in their member states.
The unit was originally comprised of members of special police units and later involved the training of Special Forces from the military which would later become members themselves. Today the S.O.D.F is comprised of both police and army special forces with training a combination of both, law enforcement and military allowing them to react to both criminal and terrorist threats.
They have been credited with some of the best when it comes to jungle operations be it patrols, criminal interdiction, seek and destroy missions and more.
There are some allegations however that the S.O.D.F has and is using extreme methods in search of foreign agents within SMASH Members. Allegations include torture, illegal arrests and even executions. However the members of SMASH have made clear that these Allegations are unfounded and are only used by foreign nations and powers to discredit the only geo-political alliance that doesn't want to be involved in the Arms Race.]

[ Despite the official stand point that SMASH is neutral and wishes only to protect itself, it has a tendency to hide what is does to ensure this peace and protection.
The elite soldiers and agents of S.O.D.F conduct extreme acts in the name of stability and peace, they have been behind the destruction of insurgent and militant camps in the jungles, which led to the execution of all prisoners who surrendered.
They have imprisoned without trial various individuals from criminals, insurgents and militants, with the rumours of "Enhanced" Interogation techniques being used, absolutely true. As far as S.O.D.F and SMASH are concerned, if the methods produce evidence that other nations are getting involved within their sovereignty then no one in power really cares.
The only real fault of the S.O.D.F is that the power it presents is limited, when compared to its adversaries in the other Geo-Political alliances, the S.O.D.Fs only strength is the home field advantage, besides this, their weapons are standard issue as are most of their equipment. So when compared to the special forces of other alliances, S.O.D.F is comparable only to standard militaries.
Making them easy to manipulate and easy to contend with.]
